Indoor Air Quality
Contacted Oaks Heat & Air after my furnace stopped working (on the coldest night in Texas)! ... David said they'd be out within the hour and they were. Very kind, sociable and knowledgeable workers. Explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. Had the furnace up and running in a matter of minutes after figuring out the problem. My house is now in the process of heating back up from a chilly 38 degrees and I couldn't be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - I will be using them again when I upgrade my furnace to a more efficient heat pump.
I liked them. Showed me the crappy, burned out motor and replaced it for $275. Installation was quick and there was no additional charge for the service call. Best of all, the house is frigid cold again!
Quick to respond to my evening computer inquiry & came out the next day...on time! he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour. I'm extremely happy with the experience and would call him again in a New York minute!
Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service. Technician had parts in stock, was in and out with no problems.
I had two other companies give me estimates on fixing a dripping (water) evaporator coil pan...both said the coil was bad and had to be replaced (~$2000). I had Oaks take a look, and all it needed was the drain line cleared and the plumbing hooked up correctly. Oaks fixed it right up for $150. I liked them so much, I had them do a few other maintenance things too while they were here. A GREAT company to do business with!
Oaks Heat and Air from McKinney, Texas is a great company. The owner, Gary Oaks called after I left a voice mail message, I explained what was wrong with the AC Unit, he scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and was able to quickly fix the problem. Gary did a great job, was friendly, respectful and went beyond what I would expect to get the AC working properly. I would definitely recommend Oaks Heat and Air to anyone & I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
